Diamond Grinding Wheels are specialized abrasive tools used for precision grinding and cutting of hard and brittle materials. They feature industrial-grade diamond particles—the hardest known substance—bonded to the wheel's surface, making them ideal for applications where conventional abrasives fail. 

Diamond grinding wheels consist of three main components:

• Diamond abrasive grains: Provide superior cutting ability, especially for hard materials like carbide, ceramics, glass, stone, and hardened steel.

• Bonding material: Holds the diamond particles in place. Common bond types include resin, metal, vitrified (ceramic), and electroplated.

• Core or backing: Typically made of steel or aluminum, this supports the wheel and maintains shape and balance during use.

We usually carry a decent stock level of the wheels listed below as they are widely used in Canada and the United States. However, we can supply any size and type of the diamond wheel. The delivery is usually around 3-4 weeks.
